Dispatch & Delivery Times

Australian-Stocked Items

Most of our products are stocked locally in Melbourne and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.

Direct Import Items

Some speciality items ship directly from our supplier. These products will clearly state an estimated delivery timeframe on the product page. Typical delivery is 7–18 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use this to track your delivery via the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@tesaccessories.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
